First off, eliminate the radio as the cause.
Simply unplug it and check the fuse a day or two later - if it isn't blown, you've saved a lot of time checking the wiring or other accessories and found the cause without hardly any work - if the fuse only blows with the radio hooked up, the radio is bad.
If the fuse blows without the radio hooked up, see what other accessory circuits the fuse might feed - glove box light? Dash lights? Clock? Power window relay and so forth?
The owner's manual should list the devices that this fuse also feeds - it's unusual to find a dedicated fuse that just feeds the radio.

Sounds like there is a hot wire from the radio touching something. Check all wiring and use wire nuts or electrical tape. Good luck
