There was a guy who worked at my workplace for 2 months. His gf worked on the next floor. Today was his last day. Since his first day he would always try to talk to me, but I was reserved. He would ignore all the other girls but only talk to me. Eventually he found out I’m Russian & he knows some Russian (even though he’s NOT) & he would try to talk to me in Russian. He would try to make me laugh, flirt, & always come by my desk & initiate a conversation. HE is the one always initiates a conversation by coming to me. Then he ignored me for 2 weeks, but I also ignored him in those 2 weeks as I gave him his space. Then after 2 wks, he started talking to me again, not flirting so some, but trying to act interested in me again. I would respond to him but I was kinda cold to him. One day I got a haircut, he noticed & said my hair looked really good & asked if I had a date. Today he came by my desk & said “I just wanted to let you know that today is my last day. You must be happy, you won’t have to see me anymore” I just smiled and said oh that’s too bad. Then he asked me my age, I told him. I found out he’s 20, 5 yrs younger. So I said to him “So you’re just a baby” I meant it as a tease, I was smiling and I was trying to flirt. He said “A baby who was born in 1990” then walked away. Then I offend him? He did say bye to me before he left at end of day. Is he mad at me now? I might see him if he ever comes to see his gf at work, will he be mad at me? I don't want him to leave thinking I'm a B****. Should I try to fix this?
