How do I get a game folder on my iPad?

My uncle has this game folder (not game center) witch has all of his games in it, so when he taps it his games pop up. My iPad has the same updates his does and he said he got his when he updated it. It looks like this. http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4129/4994883085_925a590cc3.jpg
 
Just drag an app over another app, if you hold it there it should make a little folder thing that you can rename and put all of your apps in.
