I got married 2 years ago, I just haven't been out of the country since so haven't thought to get it sorted. Now I'm thinking I may be taking a trip this fall or winter. How do I go about getting my passport re-issued with my married name? I remember my mom having a name-change page stuck in her passport when she first got remarried, but I was under 18 when mine was issued so I don't know if they would do that or give me a new one. I was 14 or 15 in my passport photo, needless to say I'd rather get a new one all together.</p></blockquote><p></p>
