nutrition help!? Any help you can offer. Right now I am counting calories and staying around 1400 cal/day and I am lifting 5 days a week focusing on separate body parts and doing cardio 6 days a week at least 30 mins. I do yoga probably one time a week I've lost 11lbs in about 53 days but I am really to turn it up and get into that competition level of fitness. How do I do IT?
