How do i get in contact with a music producer?

I am a song writer and i need to know how to get in contact with someone in the music business. I have numerous recorded songs. Creating websites doesn't seem to be working so well for me. I am a rapper and singer. Will someone please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just need to let someone hear my music. I mean its not bad, just want to let the right person hear it. These days everybody say they want to sing or rap but don't be too serious about it. Someone please help!
