So my friend has been training to fight me lol because he knows he'd lose I am in very good shape I'm not being cocky but im quite heavily muscled but he is taller and has better cardio but i can literally smoke him in wrestling if i wanted to I could break his limbs. What are some very good cardio vascular exercises, I am a weight lifter. I also have him way smoked in the speed department but I want to be able to fight for about 20 minutes without getting tired, like a UFC fighter, how can I do this?

Participate in a Collegiate Wrestling team. That'll do the trick.

Cut down your muscle. Muscle is nothing and useless. It looks good on you but does nothing for a fight. There is an old saying power thrills, speed kills. You can not be fast all big and bulky. During a fight muscle requires more oxygen as you exert yourself. With a ton of muscle you will be winded and done in one minute. This is a great example of why guys that are lightweights like Clay Guida can fight a constant pace for an entire fight compared to big huge bulky guys like Brock Lesnar and Shane Carwin that are winded and out of breath after two minutes. Focus on brazilian jiu jitsu, this is great for technique and also you will get the workout of your life after rolling with someone for about five minutes. Its a lot different than wrestling. Second work on boxing. Most people think they are in shape until they punch a heavy bag for ten minutes and are throwing up.
