How do I get internet...Im clueless please help me out someone!!!!?

Ok so I HAVE to go to my mom's friend's house tommorrow for a WHOLE ENTIRE DAY cause I dont want to be alone and she doesn't have a omputer( they cant afford one) and I have a laptop that I want to take.

How will I be able to get internet over there?
Her neighbors have internet for sure (she said, but i dont know)
Can sum1 please help me, its gonna be so boring!!!

Do i need like a wireless thingy tho? idk wat its called sorry...
 
Only if they have wireless internet and have it shared for people outside of the house, you'll be internetless.
