How do I get my annoying racist dad to shut up with his racist rants?

I really hate how he hates other races. He hates Spanish people in general and can't stop ranting about them ever since I became interested in their language, culture and music (I love their language, music and culture). I really REALLY want him to shut up since I do not hate any race (since I am a minority myself and so is he). I keep asking him, "Have you forgotten what race you are??".
He literally drives me insane.
