how do I get my pictures off my Samsung juke?

I have a samsung juke, I have tried to get pictures off it before and it has never worked. when i right click the icon in my computer and select "import pictures" it starts a scan saying it is locating pictures and video and then a message pops up that there are none found. I can see them in the phone and can explore the music and playlist memory. I am using windows vista business, x86. suggestions? tips? Thanks in advance.
