Everytime I plug my Venus into the computer via USB and start up the LG PC Suite and run the connection wizard, I get the same exact message. "Failed to connect the mobile phone to the PC Re-run the connection wizard." I've been told change the settings on my phone to "mass storage" or "data service" but I really don't where that is. I'm told that this is in the "connectivity settings" but that's not on my phone. The closest thing I can imagine to that on my phone is "USB Auto Detection" which offers only three options: Sync Music, Sync Data, Ask on Plug. That's obviously not what I want. Can anyone tell me how to get this thing to work for me?
