I have a 9 and half month old boy cat and his scared to go outside. I stay with him and walk around and he goes into a blind panic and cries the whole time or hides. I've been trying to get him to go out but his not having any of it. I don't care what anyone says but its not healthy for a cat to stay in all the time. He has so much energy and gets really stroppy and frustrated where his in so much. I've never had a cat that is so scared. His a very confident and lovely cat indoors but not outside. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
