How do I get Norton to allow me to file share?

I have Norton Antivirus 2007. I download music through mp3 rocket. Mp3 Rocket had a version update and after I upgraded I can't download. I get a message saying a firewall is blocking it. How can I tell Norton to allow this. I don't know where to go in Norton.
 
Norton AntiVirus is NOT a firewall.

Most likely, whatever firewall you are using is blocking it. Isn't that waht it said? :)
