I own several groups in the Support Category and i encourage ppl to share and even set some boundaries about lurking. Still ppl don't talk that much, even when I don't "push" them.
I have tried a lot of things.
I have shared my own stories, I have posted topics and things, and ppl still don't talk.
It's like pulling teeth!
I want my groups to be productive, active, and supportive.
I hate lurking.
Any other ideas that I might not have tried?
