...keeps reinstalling itself? I'bve removed these unwanted programs from my computer, using "add remover programs" option. I also put their web addresses in the "restricted sites" section of "internet options". But everytime I sign on my system, there they go again!

What are they and why can't I permanently remove them?
I perform several scans on my PC using the McAfee virus protection that i bought the other day, but it never did detect these programs
 
You probably have a virus thats reinstalling the software.
I had one, i had to get my hard drive formatted because i deleted the the virus and it popped up again too.

Best bet is to scan for viruses, malware, spyware, all of the misc crap that comes with internet...
Then try deinstalling once you remove the viruses on your computer.
