how do i get ringtones onto my unlocked t mobile phone?

Okay so over the summer i got a V3 Motorola Unlocked cell phone because my old T mobile phone broke. The difference between this one is that it's unlocked so it dosent have all the T mobile features so i was wondering how do i get ringtones that i have downloaded onto my computer and download them onto my phone i have already hooked it up to a ubs port on my computer and i opened the source of the song but i cant find were the phone is on my computer so i cant get the ringtone onto it so how or where to i find the source of the phone on my computer?

thats because you need to install drivers,
or if you dont have that ,
get a memory card, and then your computer will recognize the phone. I do that with ringtones that I make with the site
