If you just want ringtones go to http://www.myxertones.com you can search other peoples or upload and make your own ringtones and they can even be up to a minute long.
i dont think you can do that....i think you can get ringtones though.....there is some kinda computer cd that you can buy to get ring tones on your cell.....i found it at target...that is all i know of though...hope i helped
