How do i get the Divx media player to start working?

I am trying to watch detective conan,but it keeps saying that it cannot download and for me to check my internet connection. I did and my connection is fine as far as I know. I f anyone has a answer to this or know where i can watch this show on other sites please let me know, thanks alot!!!p.s i downloaded divix from there website but it dosent do anything.

DivX will not do anything to unblock illegal content from pirate web sites. That could be your problem -- the content is not owned or licensed by the free web sites.
