How do I get the files on my samsung jack to auto go to micro sd?

Like when I take a picture or download a ringtone, how do I get it to automatically put it on the memory card not the internal memory. Very aggravating to want to take pics and I cant because to use my ringtones they have to be in internal memory and they take up all the memory and camera wont function,
