How do I get the music, pictures, books,contacts and apps off my iPad and iPhone

and back on my PC? My laptop at to be restored to original settings. All my music, pictures, apps, contacts and books were on there. They are still on my iPad and Iphone. Is there a program that can help me get them from my iPad and iPhone and back into iTunes?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
