How do I get the Samsung Highlight for a cheap price?

I already have a plan with T-mobile, and I really want that phone.
My brother got his phone on eBay for a really low price, but all the ones I see on there are more expensive than getting it from T-mobile, unless you buy it with a 2 year contract, which I already have. I just want the phone, cheaply. Help would be greatly appreciated.
 
Try Craigslist or see if the website or store has them refurbished.
