I have a auto-transmission(not triptronic, just plain auto). The mechanic says the M-L-P-S controls the shifting, its electrical. the mechanic says i have to pull off the transmission panels to get to it. I would get him to do it but i found out he was trying to overprice the part by $150. i found a parts car, i just have to get to it myself. if anyone could tell what tools i need to get to it, and how to get to it, and a pic of how it looks, thanks for your time. I do have the chilton manual, but can't seem to find it? and another name for it is "Neutral Safety Switch"
