how do i improve soccer goalkeeping (diving)?

How do I improve my diving! Thanks for answering if you do. I have been a soccer goalie for 10 years.
 
well one important thing of being a goalie is to not be scared of diving. When you launch urself towards a ball dont be scared your going to break a rib just dont hesitate and you'll do better.
 
Even though i dont do it, i have seen many goalkeepers doing yoga, or other light stretching exercises. It keeps the muscles flexible and strong.
