how do i insert an image (logo) on to another image in photoshop cs3?

i have two images, one is the "monster energy drink logo" and i want to insert that image onto a picture of a car, then i want to rotate it and make it a diffrent size so that its not to big not to small and not upside down..
how do i do this in adobe photoshop cs3?
