[QUOTE="Carol, post: 2012649, member: 238229"] There is nothing wrong with a guinea pig being alone If you give it 2 hours of attention every day and that is very easy as you just include the guinea pig in your day. It is better than having a very dominant on killing others. Wrap it in a towel and lit it on our chest while you watch TV, read a book, or listen to music. Set in in you lap while you are on the computer, my Miya loves the sound of the keyboard and purrs to it. Carry it about as you do your day, this makes a very happy guinea pig that looks forward to seeing you, as you have become its companion. After 2 weeks you usually can put up the towel but some get attached to it and want to keep it as my Miya did so i allowed her to keep her towel and the bed also.
