How do I jailbreak iphone 4 iOS 6.1.3?

And if there isn't a jailbreak for that yet, can you please tell me how to downgrade it to a 6.1.2 or earlier. I appreciate your help?
Can you also give me the iOS file and the redsnow that is compatible with it?

Since evasi0n cracked ios 6.1.2, I used sn0wbreeze and tinyumbrella instead. Download the ipsw file and 6.1.x shsh blob using tinyumbrella. then use sn0wbreeze to actually downgrade the iphone. It's quite simple.
