Importantly, the reason he was in the story before is that he had something the main character needed (access to the cult). Now, I can&#039;t think of anything useful he has asside from being clever, and given that he is such a selfish person, there is little reason for the other charachters to keep him in the story at this point. The thing is, he is a crutial character to my story. his presence in the group causes some of the other characters to undergo significant transformations, and he himself changes most drastically by the end of the story. Soooo...Can anyone help me out with ideas on how to keep him in the story?</blockquote>
