How do I know if my computer has bluetooth?

I just got a new acer aspire laptop and I was wondering if it has bluetooth on it. Near the keyboard there is a little button that has a bluetooth button on it but I dont think it actually does anything. Also I know you can go to control paneel and go through all that and I did but I didnt see anything so does that mean I dont have it? And if I dont how can I get it?

I dont know if you need to know this but I'm running windows Vista Home Premium.
I want to get the pictures off my LG chocolate cell phone.
I have my phone hooked up with a usb cord
