How do I make a satellite IE (Galaxy 25 or Intelsat 3)?

Hi,
I need help setting up a satellite.
I want to watch this FTA channel and it says its 26 degrees EAST.
Any help for the set up like the frequency and all that.
I don't need a network, just the satellite the main one like (Echostar or Intelsat ...............
