I downloaded the movie "The Lightning Thief" (it's a DVD Rip). I have an Adobe Photoshop CS5 Extended. I want to make a GIF image out of some scenes. But when I click File > Import > Video to Frames, and then load a video, the video/movie IS ALL WHITE. I mean, it's not supposed to be like that, is it? Why is it like that? I can certainly make GIFs out of Music Videos (they're not DVD Rips, I downloaded them from YouTube), but not with movies. I've tried my best to figure this problem out. But I guess I can't. I'll be needing the help of other people's intelligence. Thanks :)
