I slowly would lay next to him and just hang out. Then I would give him treats. I always had to lay down so I was not bigger than him. Then I would let him sit next to me or I would sit on the floor next to him. Then I would pet him. Then he started putting his paws on my lap and I would just pet him. Now he sits IN my lap and I pet him. He is starting to open up quite a bit.</p></blockquote><p></p>
