How do I make ringtones for the Droid Incredible?

My friends keep sending me little mp3s/sound bytes through texts, and I save them to the phone. How do I make them my ringtone? I have a Droid Incredible. Thanks!
 
Open them in your music player, click on the song and "Set As". Also, download Ringdroid to make your own. It works great and it's free. :]
