How do I make the internet come out of my laptop and jump into another?

I have two laptops both running Vista (one 64 bit, one 32 bit) but where I am living I can only connect one to the internet at a time via an ethernet cable. Both have built in wireless capability. I was wondering if it would be possible to somehow link the laptops so that I could get internet access on the non-wired machine. I hope you can understand the question! Thanks if you can help.
