How do I meet some romantic water signs?

I want to meet romantic and kind water signs I'm a girl looking for guys. I keep meeting Aquariuses but they detach a lot and have tempers that I find un-atractive. Is there anything I can and should do to attract real sensitive and truely giving water types.
 
I know the feelings, I'm all about my water sign men :) You have to look for people who seem to have internal struggles, unfortunately for non-water signs this is almost impossible to see. Just go with your gut, and hopefully you'll find someone sensitive and giving. I got lucky.
