How do i move files from the Nokia 5800's phone memory to its memory card ?

when i send music files from another phone to my Nokia 5800, the Nokia stores those music files on its phone memory which fills it up, i would like to know how to move these files from its phone memory to its memory card, if anyone knows it would be much appreciated =]

go options>organize>move to folder
