How do I not be scared to back out of my garage?

Yesterday, I got into an accident I smashed my passenger mirror while backing out of my garage. My dad parked it a way I'm not used to and they weren't home to back it out for me. I just got my license August 24th BTW.And now I can't drive my car till we get it fixed. And I think I'm scared to back out of my garage. I keep replaying it in my head.How do I over come this? Its door, Wall,my car ,space ,then my moms car.
