How do i Obtain the Back 2 U REWARDS from rogers?

I got a text from rogers saying ive earned a reward. It is 5 dollars in airtime minutes. i CALLED *611 AND my reward balance is 5 dollars. Now my question is! How do i use those 5 dollars. When i call to check my balance i stil have my old balance without the 5 dollars added!
