How do I open bit Torrent files without internet?

I go to the library and download files I need on a flsh drive becuase I don't have internet. There are files I need that are Torrent and bittorrent has to download from the internet. If there isn't is there a way to convert bittorrent files to a zip or rar file, or some other kind of archive file that doesn't require internet.
 
BitTorrent files are a description of where to go on a network to download something. You can't convert them, because they don't contain the information that you want.
