If they did a proper market anaylsis for you and told you a range, then you need to decide the price and let them tell you what your net proceeds would be from that price.  Understand that it's a buyers market and most are out there looking for a deal.  So be prepared to be low balled or asked to cover 6% of their down payment and closing costs.</p></blockquote><p></p>
