How do I post to multiple newsgroups on the usenet? Please Help.?

I need to post a text file to multiple newsgroups on the usenet, but I cannon seem to find a free application that can do this. Most will not send to more than 10 at once. I need to be able to do more than 10. And another question: If I post to one server, will it be reflected on all the other servers? And my last question: What server can I use that is both free, and allows uploading/posting?
