I'm in the 8th grade. I'm 5'7.5 and 180lbs. I lift weights and run. I'm somewhat big in the chest, but I can't run fast. I want to play defense. What position should I play, and what exercises should I do to prepare? I have about 8-9 months to prepare. I never played football, but I know positions and plays and stuff.
