How do I put a signature on my samsung strive phone?

I'm sorry, but I am also an owner of a Samsung Strive and I don't have an option for a signature.

I have a samsung strive too, but I dont see any options for signature, I have had this phone for about a year now, and I believe there is no option for signature. Sorry!
