How do I put downloaded mixtapes ( I downloaded them from LiveMixtapes.com)

on my Limewire or iTunes? when i downlaod them they just go into my music folder, I tried dragging and dropping, but it doesnt work. I also couldnt get them on to my Windows Media Player....any help there???? Thanks in advance!!!!
