How Do I Put Movies onto a Sony Ericsson Vivaz Pro?

I got the vivaz pro, and I'm trying to figure out how to put movies onto the device.
I have a converter program that can convert any video to any format, any size etc. Only problem is trying to put it on the device.

The only walkthroughs I found on the internet were ones telling me how to convert the video and then it just says "your converted video is now ready to be placed into the device for you to watch on the go."

Be great to actually know where and how to put it on the device.... help please!
 
You must put them in your video folder. It's either that one or the VIDEO FILES folder. You can then use the Media player to play them like a normal movie.

Just out of curiosity though, what format did you convert them too?
