How do I put music on to my LG Keybo?

I have tried everything that everybody has bin tell others and it just dont work so please help me I just got my keybo and my ipod got stolen and I wanna put music on my keybo so HELP!!!!!! and to add more info I already have the music and the micro sd card

and if anybody knows where I might be able to find a software update for my lg keybo and the software for my computer for my lg keybo
