I just got my bold 9930 and I don't know how to put music on the device. Don't recommend the Blackberry device manager, I tried it and it crashes all the time and the syncing doesn't work. I tried drag and drop from my iTunes music folder and that didn't work either. The music files are basic mp3. In my music folder on my device, it never shows my music. I still only have the sample song. This is really frustrating! Someone please help!
