how do i put ringtones of my own into my nokia 5030 xpress radio handset?

Tonethis is a decent free application for making ringtones. I do not know if it supports Nokia 5030, but if you can receive MMS, you should be able to use it.

Tonethis lets you pick your own music out of your library and edit it to a ringtone of your choice. You can change the volume, fade in and fade out.
