how do i put songs onto my nokia 7373 that i have on my computer??

i'v got a blutooth device and i'v already tried to send the songs from my computer to my phone doing that and it did send but when i tried to play it, it says 'file not supported' please help me!!

Make sure your songs are in the correct format and folder.
