How do i put the gadget in the desktop ? you know the clock in a flower shape,,?

i'm using windows vista can you tell me the steps please? i took this pic from my friend's PC i don't have it at all i don't have any clock or clender at all
 
I already answered this..you just need to turn on the windows sidebar....start...in search type in sidebar or windows sidebar and turn it on..good luck
