How do i re-flash my old Sony Ericsson phone?

My old SE S700i won't boot anymore after I clicked on a video to youtube so that I can watch it. I know, it's a bad idea since this phone can't stream videos in Opera Mini. Now I know the solution is to re-flash the phone's firmware, but where do I start? I tried to look for step by step instructions in youtube but I wasn't able to find any. I hope someone can help me or point me to some useful links.
